Bright Star CPR was founded by Leroy Bowles, an active-duty career firefighter in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, and a proud Marine Corps veteran. Having responded to countless emergency calls, Leroy recognized a critical gap in hands-on, high-quality CPR training within his own community.
