Texas HHS Compliance Results
Under Texas HHS Minimum Standards Chapter 746/747, you must have at least one employee with current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification on the premises during all operating hours. If you operate multiple classrooms or offer water activities, your required supervisor ratio scales to ensure immediate emergency access.
